June 1983
Fuji Seimitsu Kogyosho was founded.
Started manufacturing universal joint kits as Fuji Seimitsu Kogyosho in Kashiba-cho, Kitakatsuragi County. - April 1986 Fuji Seimitsu Kogyosho established Toyo Seiko Co., Ltd. as a corporate organization.
- May 2009 TOYO CORPORATION was established.
- March 2014 A new factory and office were completed in Komagatani, Habikino city.
